Membership conditions of the European Reference Materials partnership

We welcome applications from new members. Applicants for membership of the European Reference Materials partnership must fulfil the following conditions in order to be considered for membership:

• Be located within the European Union and be a signatory or designated laboratory of the CIPM-MRA ( http://www.bipm.org/en/cipm-mra/)

• Be a producer of certified reference materials who fulfils agreed quality standards, in particular by having in place a quality system for the production of CRMs in accordance with ISO Guide 34

• Accept all principles of the European Reference Materials memorandum of understanding

Applications for membership of the European Reference Materials partnership against the above criteria will be reviewed by the European Reference Materials panel consisting of one nominated representative from each European Reference Materials partner institution.
